3 kids meal 1 new sandwich combo and they made 2 mistakes. Sigh. Can't do half a star for getting it half right.
I am tired of employees with attitudes as if I am inconveniencing them by ordering. My order was simple; just two sandwiches.... Kid at the register made it seem like I was asking for an overcomplicated coffee at Starbucks. He asked if I wanted to make it ameal and I decided sure. Rolled his eyes again and and added that to the order. I asked if those drinks were lemonades, the kidat stared at me and went to the register to change that to the order again as if I just keep throwing him curveballs. Dear God,I had no idea being a customer was that much of a burden for you. I think I had enough and won't come to this Charlie's anymore.Food is good like any other Charlie's, but customer service is extremely lacking and rude. Read more

The grill is gross! Tried to eat here a few times and each time the grill is disgusting! Half of each sandwich sticks to the... grill so you end up getting some of the other customers sandwiches. The service is really slow, don't expect to go here forlunch and get back to work as you'll still be in line. This entire food court sucks and needs to have a makeover. Read more

Just ordered cheesesteak combo with fries and a drink on doordash. I requested an additional topping on the sandwich, they did... not put it on there and drink was missing. Sandwich was below average with cold bread, fries were gross. Read more
