This is specifically for the driver named Kevin. Guy is very slow on delivering the order. Says he delivered the pizza and... called (which he did) but when I answered acted like he couldn?t hear me at all and walks right up to the door not even beingthere for no less than 2-3 min before leaving I stood outside waiting just like I talked to either his manager or co workerKaden about to whom Kevin apparently told him he was here for a while and tried to call but no answer even though I picked upthe two times he called and even called back. The workers are very polite and always checked on me when I was there. Their delivery times can get up to two hours so if you're... going to order and you want it fast just do carry out. Especially the people in the reviews complaining about a wait when theylive a few minutes away.. Deliveries are done in the order placed not by how close you live.. Completely over Dominos!! I stopped ordering from them for a while because they were always messing up my order or something was... missing! But this is just ridiculous! I love two blocks away. Pizza sat for 20 min after made waiting to be delivered. Pizza arrived and was not sliced properly... resulting in pizza having to be ripped apart. 4.99 delivery charge for a two block delivery? And then I am supposed to tip more?I hope the driver gets all the money because I find it hard to tip more when the price of pizza is already ridiculous. Ordered a build your own pasta, cheese pizza and extra marinara sauce. My pasta came without a top and not even half way... full...I called and they said at first they could give a credit of another pasta in the future or to remake it...I didn't wantthat I wanted a refund.. they then said a driver would come and get the pasta and issue a full refund to my card.. then the girlon the phone spoke to her manager who said I would have to return everything (pizza included) to get a full refund because theydon't do partial refunds only credit...so my thing is if yall messed up on something I ordered why would I want the same thinglater?? They were busy while we were there but the pizza was good and we were able to sit down inside. It isn't a large restaurant, and... doesn't look like a Domino's from the outside. But there is a small sitting area inside with a few tables and a bathroom. Theyalso deliver. Read more
