Came in for a simple meal around 3 pm. The waitress apparently had an attitude as she was minutes from clocking out. The food... was absolutely terrible. We were told the classic "Be careful the plate is hot" = we didn't even cook your food, we just put inin a microwave. 1. It wasn't. 2. More importantly the food wasn't hot either. I go here all the time on my lunch breaks. Somehow I always get the same server. Not complaining though, she?s excellent and... knows exactly what I get so it?s as simple as sitting down and waiting for me. If you ever get Alina as your server you will getgreat service. Read more
Food quality has sharply declined, especially in the last month. I almost always get the same thing: 10-15 boneless wings with... Honey BBQ, extra wet, and a side of seasoned fries with cheese and bacon. The order is usually ready in decent time, and thefries have been okay most of the time. The last three times I got wings, though, whether by dine-in, take-out, or UberEats, theywere chewy like rubber and had barely any sauce on them. To the owner giving generic responses to reviews: I suggest you takewhat you get from Google reviews to make improvements instead of relying on customers taking EVEN MORE TIME to write about asub-satisfactory experience on your website. Absolute worst service I?ve ever received ever. I understand short staffing or lunch hour but waiting 30+ mins just for drinks... is outrageous. We were told we?d get discounts but didn?t. Over 2 hours there for not even good food. Asked to speak to managerand waited 15 mins and still never showed so said nvm. Read more
Very disappointing. After being seated for a few minutes I had to get up myself and get our menus. There were 3 staff member... sitting behind us eating food from another restaurant, so that wasn't a good sign. I also had to repeatedly ask the waiter forutensils. I ordered the new Hatch Burger with cheesy fries. I ended up with a partial burger and plain fries. The picturebelow shows what my Burger should have been and what I got. Nothing close and barely any chili, hence the name Hatch ChiliBurger. The 6 piece wings I ordered also came out cold and hard as if it was thawed and frozen a couple times. Normally Iwould have returned my meal but I was with my family and didn't want to ruin our rare outing. But at least now we know to nevercome back. Read more
Show up to watch UFC 281. You know; that fight that they had posters up on every window for the past 3 weeks? They have maybe 2... smaller TVs playing the fight and I can't get a seat near them. That's fine. I'll watch it on the patio. One TV is playing itout there and I am the only person outside. The TV is on mute and the audio is coming from a different TV that's playing thenews and commercials (eventually it went to Jeopardy) I politely ask a waitress if they could switch the audio over to the fightsince I'm the only person outside watching any of the TVs. I wait about another 20 minutes and nothing happens. I go back in andthis time ask the bartender the same question. She says she can. I go back outside, wait ~10 more minutes, and they just muteall the audio. Another ~10 minutes pass and I walk back in for a 3rd time and again ask for the audio for the fight. 20 moreminutes pass and nothing still happens. I wasn't asking for much. I just wound up leaving.
