I come there to get a simple turkey burger, they mix up my order twice and had me waiting for forty minutes. I immediately... asked for a refund, you guys need to do better with your service. I had people who ordered after me who got food before me. Read more

If you enjoy turkey burgers these guys make the "BEST" hands down. Their fries are just normal fries, nothing to brag about. The... customer service could use some tweaking, which is why I gave them four stars. Some of our young kids working with the generalpublic are lacking customer service skills. Read more

Ordered the truffle mushroom Swiss burger, and I got a thin burger, half the size of what they display in the picture, very... small quantity of French fries, the container was half empty, again unlike the pictures that they show. Definitely not worth$17.50, and not worth going back. Read more

My wife and I finally tried Smashburger one night when we were near post. They have more than just burgers which I was not... expecting. I got a chicken sandwich which was really good and my got a burger which she devoured. There onion strings wereamazing. The women behind the counter was very polite and professional, the store itself was clean and all the customers seemedto be happy. Now that I have eaten here and know that they have more options than a burger, I have another restaurant to add tomy list while pulling duty and looking for food. I recommend this place if you are on post or if you know someone that can geton post and grab you some amazing fast food. Read more

Friendly service, great tasting burgers and I love the fries. Not crowded on Monday evening.

I tried out Smashburger on Fort Bliss. I had heard it was worth the effort. Right off the bat, the overwhelming smell of old... grease became a major distraction. It was so bad we did not want to stay in the dinning area to eat. We order two shakes for$6.39 each as a tasty treat to try and beat the July heat. However, we were disappointed with the price verses the portion andquality. DQ offers a bigger portion, for less, and it actually has the candy in it (as advertised), not just a scoop of peanutbutter posing as Reese's. Read more

The Bacon Smash Burger was hot, fresh, and not at all greasy, which says a lot when you have two burgers, each topped with... cheese and, of course bacon. The regular fries were hot and crisp as well. The gingerbread Shake was thick and delicious. Welldone! Read more

This place was overall pretty disappointing. I ordered a smash burger with brisket and it wasn't very good. The budget was thin... and tough, and despite being loaded with all kinds of stuff like bacon and bbq sauce, it was pretty bland. It was also reallyexpensive. 17.xx for a burger combo is a lot. I could have spent a few bucks more and gotten a ribeye across the street. Read more
