I ordered a gluten free pizza, because I have celiac disease. When I got home I was eating with family and eating my pizza.... While eating I thought something was off, and I was right the pizza wasn?t gluten free I call back to tell them, pretty much geta ?there?s nothing I can do? attitude the whole time. I have always had good luck with them, until yesterday July 25 2021. Using there app I placed an order, and a friend picked it... up for me, as I was still at work. But they did not give him the salad that was on the order. So I call to have them take theprice off of my cried card, but the person said they could not do it and it was not his problem I should know what I was pickingup and if I came back they would give it to me but was not going to drive 28 miles round trip, and they would not take it off ofmy card very rude. They do not under stand how to deal with coustomers I have had an ok time with them before but I have seen them be rude to other... costumers but today a guy that from what I could tell is youner with long black hair was vary rude when I went in with my fatherand he said only one of us at a time ever though we were ordering together his name is Kurtis So if you see him working turnaround because there is better places to get food then dealing with him. If I can give negative 5 stars I would. 1st lady to answer the phone was very rude.. I called back to add another topping to the... pizza and the 2nd lady that answered the phone barely spoke English, and started to speak to me in Spanish. I'm not Hispanic andI don't speak Spanish. I asked to speak to another person to help me, she got upset and hung up on me. I called back 15 minlater and another lady answered and told me the other lady doesn't speak English and I should learn how to speak Spanish. I'msorry, we live I.
