Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Then at the window waited another 5 minutes while watching... employees playing on their phones...then to top it off the food was cold. Read more
I order from here often enough that they know me by name. I always use the app to order while I'm on my way there so that my... order is done and ready for me to pick up as soon as I arrive. I walk in, grab my food and I'm on my way. The service is alwaysquick (even if I don't order ahead), the staff are very friendly, the restaurant is (and restrooms are) kept clean and tidy. Myone gripe with this location is that they often close earlier than the advertised closing time. Even though it's posted on thefront door of the restaurant that they are "open until 12am or later" and the app allows customers to place orders up untilabout 11:45pm or so, I've often placed an order using the app around 11pm for pick up from the drive thru, only to find out whenI get there that they've closed long before I got there (probably even before I placed the order). I then have to cancel myorder (which I had already paid for and have to wait a few days for the transaction to be refunded to my account). It's happenedat least a half a dozen times over the last couple months. I understand that most establishments in town are having staffingshortages at the moment, but if it's hard for them to stay open later then just change the operating hours. That way, at leasttheir regular customers won't be consistently let down when they rely on being able to get something to eat after work from theonly restaurant in town (claiming to be) open that late, when their not. This Taco Bell is one of the worst Taco Bell?s I have ever been to. I do customized orders online and pay extra and they don?t... ever put the customizations on there built, sloppy and I feel very offended. Whenever I go to this Taco Bell. They should getsomething done about this. Read more
