A most excellent place to grab a bite to eat on the North Coast. Everything on the menu is tasty, from the carnitas and... enchiladas to the huevos rancheros. The service is friendly and efficient, and judging from the clientele, it appears to be alocal favorite also. The pricing is reasonable, I recommend it! Read more
Whenever my husband and I visit Fort Bragg, we make sure to go out to dinner here at least once. We've been doing this now for... the past 8 years. We love it! Their dishes are incredibly good! The margaritas they make are not weak!! Hurray! I do need topoint out that the Topopo salad they make is out of this world and comes with a special sauce that you can pour over it. Read more
Affordable and tasty Mexican food on the coast. Enjoyed the shredded beef taco with a chicken tamale and the Chile Verde chicken... enchilada. Chips and salsa were decent, the green salsa was my fav. Read more
I have an amazing friend who lives in the area and has told me to try this place. I never seem to be there when it was, this... time it was. The purple rose sits right next one of the entrance of the best ocean access state parks on the North coast. TPRhas a full bar, new owners what appears to me, more summer hours. But let's talk food. Those that read my reviews know I am notbig on Mexican food, my wife's favorite. In restaurant made chips, good red salsa but a new favorite for me green. I order aburrito the great waitress what if any veggies would you like, I say black beans no rice, I am thinking it's going to be tacobell size better order nachos too, wrong. Size of the plate, well almost. The meat was wonderful, everything was fresh. We tookthe nachos home 4 of us had them for dinner. Next beach camping trip the park gets my money for camping so I can just walk toTPR to eat. Read more

Great food. Best nachos I've ever had. House margarita was great too! Everything is spicy - looks like they drizzle a hot chili... oil all over everything right before serving. Some will love this some won't but they don't say anything about heat levels/extraspicy on the menu nor does the server ask about heat level preference. I was surprised by my shrimp tacos being soggy andextremely spicy, but they were good, just next time I know to ask for less spicy. Read more
