The website says this location located at the Fort Bragg mini mall closes at 7 PM. Arrived at 5:58 PM with another individual... giving his order for his sandwich to be made in front of us. Worker told me they were closed and refused to take our order. Onehour and two minutes before posted closing time. Even if the posted closing time was wrong and they closed at six, we arrivedbefore six with somebody giving their order in font of us. Every other food location in the mini mall was open and takingcustomers. Unfortunate this company loses business because their workers are not willing to do their jobs. Read more
The employees here always act like you are the biggest inconvenience for them. I don?t know what the deal is with their staff,... but a note to the manager - please hire better quality people or retrain on what it means to provide even just half-decentcustomer service. Read more

Like others on here, I was refused service at 5:12 on a Wednesday because they were closed.
Very poor customer service (January 12, 2020). When the online information and the hours posted at the restaurant state it... closes at 6:00, customers should not be refused service at 5:40. I was "greeted" by an employee who, instead of welcoming me,simply stated, "We done for the day." When I asked if they closed at 6:00, the response I received was, "We closed now." Has a habit of screwing up orders. They remade my sandwich, and then added extra stuff like Mayo. When I told them I didn't want... mayo they wiped it off and gave it back saying they had wiped as much off as they could. Read more
They never fail to take care of my taste buds. The Chicken and the Philly Cheese steaks are very good.
