After multiple experiences here: You will order a meal expecting palatable food and you will receive lukewarm sadness smeared... with cream cheese. Joy will turn to ash in your mouth, your eyes will flow freely of sorrow, and your wife will leave you for aman that buys food held at proper holding temperatures. I have ordered a Farm House and have been waiting for it for the last 30 minutes! It is unacceptable how much customers have to... wait. It seems that store do not care customers must go back to work! 35 minutes later? and still waiting for the FarmHouse UPDATE: I waited for 40 minutes to be told that they run out of Farm House? unbelievable! It was fast and good, however my food was stuck to the wrapper like they microwaved it to heat it up but still good!!
I ate here on July 23, 2020, and I?m a vegan, I ordered the avocado veg out, and in between slices of lettuce were multiple... pieces of shredded meat pieces. That is absolutely disgusting. The amount of cross contamination in that kitchen must be beyonddisgusting. I was so upset I had started crying, I took pictures and email customer service, and never received a response. Thisis absolutely one of the nastiest things I?ve ever gotten from a restaurant in the 7 years of not eating meat. There isabsolutely no excuse for meat and produce to have been cross contaminated at a bagel shop. Read more
Bagel and coffee was good. They were backed up and had a decent wait time for food. The cashier got my drink wrong. Overall not... a bad experience, definitely cheaper than other similar alternatives like starbucks. Read more
