Lady in the drive-thru caught an attitude after I confirmed what I asked for the drink 3 times. I don't know where the attitude... is coming from; it's not my fault your speaker doesn't work. Employees were nice. Food was fresh. I've never had KFC before so I gave it a go and felt cheated. Probably nothing to do with... the employees but the chicken just tasted...not good. If you like KFC though this appears to be a good location. Read more
So first of all we found plastic in our chicken. Anyways. We went tonight to this location, and every single person working... tonight had an attitude. Especially the person who was taking my order at the drive through. Whoever it was needs a seriousattitude check. Every time we said something it was immediately followed with ?k anything else? we couldn?t even get our sidesout before they interrupted us and when we had to go back inside (because we were missing things), someone asked if we hadalready paid and got even more of an attitude when she was told yes, we did already pay. From someone who works in customerservice, take it from me when I say, it?s not that bad. Learn how to talk to customers in a polite and respectful manner, ordon?t get a job that?s related to having to be nice and talk to people? It really is that simple. Don?t get a job working withfood and then get mad when people order food. Do better, and pay more attention to what you?re breading your chicken with sothat people don?t find plastic in their food. We spent $60 on food, we expect it to be correct. I understand mistakes happen,but the attitude about said mistakes it what matters. Don?t be rude when it?s literally your job to be polite. Read more
I wouldn't recommend this place. I have waited for 45 minutes just for one combo. I do understand the restaurant gets busy but... when I went they only had one customer dining inside. Read more
Drive thru is accessible only on one side. Speaker is down so you have to order from the window. Waited awhile as new sandwiches... had to be made. Read more
My drivers waited there for ever for my food I called to ask to speak to a manger they was very rude to me and my drivers never... give them any of my business and for sure telling everyone I know so they don?t deal with this bad service Read more
