My previous visits to this Quiznos location were limited in number due to the extremely slow service and disinterested... staff/employees which made me question why such a famous organization, rooted in customer service, would hire employees in whichit was plain to see - simply did not care...and on an military installation at that! I am glad to say that my recent visit wasvery enjoyable as the service was prompt and the staff very kind and courteous. Michelle was kind, respectful, a pleasure totalk too and treated me not only as a valued customer but as a valued person. This is not just a one-off either as I witnessedthe same kindness and consideration to the gentlemen in front of me by her. As such, I will be returning more often to thisQuiznos. I work here and have been since March. It?s a really nice place to get food. We are just people working trying to do our jobs.... We?re not perfect, but we do try to do our best. The people give it a family atmosphere. We really love to see all of yoursmiling faces. During the lunch hour rush there is a lot of soldiers to serve, but I promise we will do our best!! I come here lunch and order the same sandwich every time the ultimate turkey club with no Mayo the clerk ?Ashley? did everything... right. I even have the receipt? and every time they get my order wrong I?m allergic to mayo I even stated it twice before Ipaid for it And for some reason they keep putting mayo on my sandwich. I?m vary unhappy and I don?t have time to go back andwait for another one?.I don?t ask for much just a plain sandwich. A waste of my time and money - This is my last time I?m EVER!coming here again. I arrived at 1054 on a Sunday and opted to wait until 1100 for them to open. Left about 1105, still no staff, lights off, me... standing at the counter. I hope nobody was injured or anything like that to preclude them getting in on time, but the managementshould be able to identify an issue and allot a course of action. I even stood there and called the phone to make sure it wasn'tjust that people were in the back. Probably shouldn't put a location on a military installation if you can't tell time. Read more

Now that it?s under new management, it?s back to the same great Quiznos that it should be!! Honey mustard is still my go-to, but... wish they?d bring back the Milano. Lookin much better after the remodel! Read more

In town from overseas for a little bit and decided to try it out despite the bad reviews since Quiznos used to be one of my... favorite fast food sub joints. I can see why it gets bad reviews. I used to work at a Quiznos, there?s no reason it should take10 mins to get a single sub with only 1 person (who looked like they had been waiting a while too) ahead of you. Worst experience. Ordered delivery and was quoted 45 minutes. Took an hour and a half and received cold food, my order was... missing something and didn't get crackers or spoons for my soups. On to of that u had called once i realized they had forgottenthe bag of doritos for my daughter's order and had to call back 30 minutes later and they still had not left the store to bringthem to me. They offered me an extra bag and I stated I just wanted to get what i had ordered and that they should haveimmediately came back with the missing items. Ridiculous. Also, it took them AN HOUR to send the driver back out with the bag ofchips in which i had already driven the 5 minutes down there to speak to the manager and once confronted all she could say wasthat he had already left. At which point i stated i had waited for an hour already so i did not care. I will never eat hereagain. Worst customer service ever. If you're going to make a mistake then you should correct it right away instead of making a4 year old wait an hour for the rest of her food. The only reason i had ordered delivery was because my daughter was sick. If Ihad known this would happen I wouldn't have ordered at all. Read more

Consistently slow. They have at most one employee on shift who knows what they're doing. Be prepared to stand in line and be... ignored for 5-10 minutes before they take your order, then wait another 15-20 minutes for it to be ready. That's for only onesandwich, God help you if you order more. Good food, not worth the hassle. Read more
