Pretty good at getting a lot of coffee orders out in a reasonable time during rush hour. Drive thru wait time it typically... longer then just going into the store. They do however need to improve on their food orders. I?ve never waited so long in mylife to get a single slice of pumpkin bread. They also messed up 3 individuals food orders in front of me and accidentally gaveanother persons food away. I waited an extra 15-20 minutes after I already got my coffee, just to get my pumpkin bread. Whichshould be the easiest part of my order considering they only had to warm it up and I still ended up getting it cold. Read more
Last few months this place was great, but apparently new management took over leading to a number of negative changes.... Apparently management drove out most of the good workers there to quit. Employees regularly complain about the management.Secondly they?ve changed the layout of the lobby/tables/chairs at least twice making it worse each time. It used to be a goodplace to come, do some work, but now everything is spread out and seating is limited with seats in odd places. Read more
Hit or miss. Never consistent . Most of time Very slow workers and No manager seems present. Drive thru is horrible. Drinks are... made to how they want to make them, not how you order them. Read more
Friendly staff and the best Starbucks location on base if you are wanting to get some work done while enjoying your coffee. They... are very spacious inside and have multiple seating options available based on your needs, from comfy faux leather seats to hightop tables. Only reason why I didn?t give it a 5 star rating is because drinks can sometimes come out inconsistent (my vanillasweet cream cold brew always tastes a little different every time I go, but it?s still delicious), but otherwise it?s amazing! This Starbucks is by far the worst I have EVER been to! They are painfully slow and have no regard for anybody?s time. I got in... line at 7am with about 5 cars in front of me, I didn?t get out of the line until 7:30. When I got to the window to pay for myfood, the two woman were too busy laughing and talking to each other than handing me my coffee. I watched them talk for about 2min ???????????. This Starbucks is ridiculous. I don?t see management doing anything about it because I saw him once and heseems just as slow and uncaring like everybody else. Charming front desk gal. Tall, curly-headed male was painfully slow. My latte was not as sweet as it normally is. Tasted like... nothing but warm milk. C?mon :/ Me is sad. No coffee sleeve for my hot beverage either. I?ve worked fast food. Pleasemanagement, fix it. Edit: and would you look at that. All the sweetener is on the BOTTOM. I was treating myself. Read more
