They got rid of their good workers and reduced staff. Wait times are insane now even for online now

Thank you for firing my son for not following policy because he admitted to a customer that you have mold issues. Your store... failed multiple health inspections. So blaming my son is not the issue. The issue is your store failing to comply with healthstandards/inspections. Also, thank you for not paying him for the hours that he worked even after he asked multiple times aboutit. They get 1 Star because they actually made my food. Other than that the customer service is awful! All the employees stood there... doing other tasks for 5 minutes before acknowledging me. Then the blank face worker at the desk makes me walk around to a sidewindow to pickup my order, just for her to be the one to turn around and hand it to me. Hopefully you read this and realize howdumb you are for that. Read more

I worked here for a month and in that month I found that there is no respect for coworkers or even customers. They goof around... and aren't productive whatsoever. I was the youngest one there and was probably the most mature one. I did my best to pick upthe slack but got yelled at for it. I only talked to my manager about the negative, unproductive, and unprofessional workenvironment and she was rude toward me and got kicked out because I was trying to be polite but straight forward about theissues I saw growing.I believed that it was pertinent that the customers were satisfied with their service. When I worked thereI had to buy a new dish brush because the one that they were using was worn out and had mold on it. I even witnessed one of myco-worker get a customers number and heard they had hooked up that next day. But I went out of my way to help and in the end Iknew that it was not going to get better so I left because It was not a structured or well managed place.
