I worked here for a month and in that month I found that there is no respect for coworkers or even customers. They goof around... and aren't productive whatsoever. I was the youngest one there and was probably the most mature one. I did my best to pick upthe slack but got yelled at for it. I only talked to my manager about the negative, unproductive, and unprofessional workenvironment and she was rude toward me and got kicked out because I was trying to be polite but straight forward about theissues I saw growing.I believed that it was pertinent that the customers were satisfied with their service. When I worked thereI had to buy a new dish brush because the one that they were using was worn out and had mold on it. I even witnessed one of myco-worker get a customers number and heard they had hooked up that next day. But I went out of my way to help and in the end Iknew that it was not going to get better so I left because It was not a structured or well managed place. Refused to let me order food because their workers were not supposed to be there the cashier stated. I saw people making food... for people who just ordered and I wasn?t able to order food? Read more

Thank you for firing my son for not following policy because he admitted to a customer that you have mold issues. Your store... failed multiple health inspections. So blaming my son is not the issue. The issue is your store failing to comply with healthstandards/inspections. Also, thank you for not paying him for the hours that he worked even after he asked multiple times aboutit. They get 1 Star because they actually made my food. Other than that the customer service is awful! All the employees stood there... doing other tasks for 5 minutes before acknowledging me. Then the blank face worker at the desk makes me walk around to a sidewindow to pickup my order, just for her to be the one to turn around and hand it to me. Hopefully you read this and realize howdumb you are for that. Read more

This location is probably slower than the DMV. We ordered our smoothies at 1155 & we got them at 1225.

My son loved his smoothie! I absolutely love this location regardless my family' experience. *what happened was an honest... mistake!* We love how friendly the staff is, and how quick the drink came out to us! I made it very clear that my son has asevere dairy allergy aka anaphylaxis - no cross contamination in any way possible. A mistake was made as my 1 year old began tobreak out in hives. Luckily it was not enough to cause anything more than that at this time. I of course returned to thelocation to make them aware. The manager on shift was so understanding and apologetic, this situation has definitely allowed fora learning experience! An opportunity to grow from this and train employees about whey protein being Dairy! My family is not atall angry, we understand mistakes happen and will be returning to allow for better experience. This place is usually good anywhere but on fort Bragg, the food is still good but lunch needs to be figured out for the rush,... past two times I have came my food has been done when I do an online order but my smoothie has been forgotten.. kindainconvenient when you place and order 10 minutes out and wait 20-39 minutes for a smoothie. Possibly they should make an onlinepickup line only so there is no confusion people can come grab their stuff and go.. and not wait forever for their stuff. Read more
