Drive thru was actually pretty speedy even with 3 cars in front of me
It was good. Drive thru was pretty quick. Food was good, except fries were a bit soggy. But they gave plenty of ketchup. Other... than the fries, very good! $7 Meal Deal w/ Cheeseburger. Came to $7.49. Not bad at all! Read more
This would be a great place if they had a better management team for organizing and ordering. Someone there had spent some time... thinking up advertising ideas such as all team members having cute tee shirts with DQ sayings, all different with different fooditems listed- very clever. We were there a few times before this visit when our sandwiches were dried out especially the buns,and the Misty machine was out of slushy stuff, we were told. Hardly any workers were around, help wanted signs on all doors sowe figured it was from Covid and gave them grace and didn't do review. Then this trip, there were so many people in "cutesaying" tee shirts just standing around, looking lost, but slowing down the line by being in the way. If they were newemployees, they needed to schedule them at a different time, not at the after work rush hour. First, the credit card machinereader was broken. We learned this before reaching our turn at the window. Since we had plenty of cash, and almost there westayed in line. As we reached the ordering window an employee came out to take our order with pad, pen and calculator. Theysaid the speaker was broken on the drive thru. We tried to order a Misty float but again, no slushy mix. The hamburger buns werecooked too long again, but the rest of our order was fine. We love to stop here on our way home from out of town appointments,but they really need to overhaul the management or I'm afraid the store may not be here much longer. We sure do with them luck. The line in the drive thru was fairly long so I went in to order, which the dining room closes at 7pm. Service was faster than... it used to be here. Also food was good. In the past I wasn't very pleased with the speed of service but this trip things wentpretty and the food was fresh. Read more
Visited today for lunch. Waited 30 minutes for my meal. Other people waited as long. They had forgot my order. Workers had no... direction, other than feeling orders for drive thru. Food was cold! Worst service I have this year! Will not be back. Nomanagement . Sad! Read more
Chicken strip basket was a sad sad deal and should been called chicken nugget basket. Never again will I be visiting or buying... Dairy Queen!! Just pathetic, and to charge almost $8 for this meal and didn't even come with enough fries to be called a smallfry is a complete disgrace and they should remove item from menu! Read more
