Been coming here since it opened. I became such a regular they started making extra bagels for me since I buy food for my team... every week. They've even helped out when I forgot to pick up a salad I ordered online. The staff is always friendly and theyalways laugh at my jokes. There is certainly room for more training, but the mistakes are minor. The manager, Pearl, is at thetop of her game. I am really glad to have this Panera on-post, I hope it stays for a long time. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! I HAD AN ISSUE AND THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! (Frequent customer, first major issue) I'm very... satisfied in the end, but to begin: I recently ordered and my original order was sloppy and shortchanged. My 16oz smoothielooked small so I measured and turned out it was 12oz and almost all yogurt with no flavor. Ordered 2 sandwiches with Xtrasauce, neither had any. Some other minor problems, so I called and asked what could be done. The lady on the phone was verykind and understanding and asked if she could remake the order, I agreed. I walked in the PX to get my order and was greeted bya lovely lady behind the counter who was cherry and helpful, she got my order and handed it to me. The manager also greeted me,very polite, professional and cheery as well. The manager stated that it was one worker in particular, but they are working tofix that and she apologized for the misshap. THEY REMADE THE WHOLE ORDER PERFECTLY, not just the 2 items that I'd asked, THEWHOLE ORDER. I asked for 2 Xtra chipotle sauses and offered to pay for them, but they happily declined my offer and gave themfree. Mistakes were recognized, rectified, and was a most pleasant experience. Whomever the bad apple was that made the orderis the only thing holding them back, perhaps more training, or another better suited individual, and they'll be golden. All inall a 9/10 experience. Got my child a grilled cheese from their kids menu. Must?ve been all out of fresh ones but luckily they found this one under the... stove. Had also ordered him an apple juice that failed to make it into our bag. I ordered a salad for myself and the cherrytomatoes were old and mushy and looked sadder than I felt over my food. Read more

Asked for a large iced coffee with caramel syrup and a shot pf espresso. Recieved large cup with caramel syrup and espresso. "Oh... the iced coffee is self serve" ok neat. But now there's just a layer of caramel stuck to the bottom of my cup. Thanks. Read more

This Panera is very clean. The staff at this location have been helpful, efficient and pleasant and the food has been fresh... and tasty every time. The selection of teas and coffees is delicious and the area is clean and sanitary, for which I amappreciative. Panera, in general, is a little pricey but I use their rewards program and I feel I am paying a bit more for thequality and freshness of the menu items so it is worth it to me. I?ve been to this panera once a week for the last few months. I have no complaints. I do try to choose off peak hours for the very best service. Read more

Wrong order was given, then they forgot to include any bread with the soup ( after it was asked for) then we found out the full... sandwich we ordered was actually a half. We will never return, this is the worst panera I've ever witnessed. Read more

I lost my appetite waiting in line. The poor couple in front of me resorted to using the awkward self checkout tablets because... they were never helped. I was never greeted, both women behind the counter worked away preparing drinks without acknowledgingus. Beyond rude. When someone finally approached the register she just stared at me. Please improve the customer service. Iliterally didn?t order any food because I was so turned off by the experience. Update- hours say open til 6. Why close at 3?Taking off another star. Read more
