I didn't have a problem with the food itself really. It was good. What i do have a problem with was the lack of professionalism... from the servers. Firstly whenever they put the food in the bowls they slam stuff around and a lot of the ingredients get mixedup together so even though i asked for cheese that cheese ended up having 3 different other things in it that i didn't want(like spicy sauce). Secondly 2 of the servers were out there arguing about something in front of the customers and i don't thinkthat's how you're supposed to present yourself in front of customers especially in an open kitchen. Please talk to your staffand make sure they maintain professionalism and work neatly around the kitchen. Read more
We ordered doordash from here and it was honestly sad. They forgot the drink and left all of the toppings off one of the bowls.... If you can't get an order right through doordash then don't have it as an option for your business. Read more
Last afternoon was not a good time to get a burrito from this place. Please make sure everyone is trained on how to roll the... burritos. When the person rolling mine was doing it I had already lost my appetite. He didn't even look like he was trying. Likedude, at least try. Don't give me a burrito that's all loose. Paid $13 for my bowl and my toddlers and got half a scoop of rice in each and barely any meat. Toddler bowl didn?t even get a... full scoop of guacamole and didn?t include an apple sauce or chips for the toddler. Thanks for nothing! Read more
The food tastes really cheap and gross for the price they are charging. The steak tastes like slim Jim's and the tomatoes doesnt... taste fresh. Almost like it was canned or frozen. They have Impossible Meat as an option for any entree. The bowls and burritos are really big. The staff was quick and courteous.
I recently ordered door dash from here. Usually a decent experience, but today was vastly different. I ordered around 40 mins to... close, and was presented with multiple of the usually options being missing. One of these options was rice. How am I going tomake a bowl without rice? I get maybe guac or queso, but rice??? That is the base of the whole meal. I don?t care how close itis till close you should have rice available.
