Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Ever time I've been there the mess up the order, the workers are rude and slow, they leave... the lobby closed because they are either under staffed or to lazy to want to have to clean it after. On top of all that, it'sthe only Taco Bell in the area without online ordering or doordash even though the KFC side of it accepts online and doordashorders. Taco Bell corporate needs to either close it or modernize it. They are destroying the industry's reputation and I willnever purchase from this location again. I'd rather drive 10 miles or go hungry. Both of my quesadillas were messed up. One was completely ruined because it stuck to the paper. The other wasn't even cut.... Didn't even look like they attempted to try and cut it. This is the 3rd time we have given this place a chance and will mostlikely be the last time. Read more
The lady at the drive-thru window was great . I should have looked at my order before i left but I ordered 8 pinto beans with... cheese i was disappointed in the amount of beans they put in the container. It was sad had to get my kids something else to eat.Normally the put a lot more beans in the container. Read more

The lady taking the orders was SO DISRESPECTFUL tonight. My husband misunderstood the limited menu options (due to the winter... storm) and when he showed a little disappointment in not being able to have his fave Taco Bell options...she exclaimed ?we?vebeen snowed in for 4 days NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT?. Usually good, but today specifically the tortillas looked maybe too heated or crisped when I ordered a beefy 5 layer which the... tortilla should be soft and not crusty, the tortilla also seemed stale.
