Best soul foood joint in Colorado springs Located on fort carson. My go to is b the fish fry and pulled brisket. The food is... always flavorful and satisfying. . Brisket brothers catered to our daughters graduation. The food was done and delivered on time. Food looked great and tasted... amazing. All my guest were asking me if I smoked it which I wish I could. But told them who and they all said that the food wasamazing and the kuala pork was the best around town. This is coming from Hawaiians folks. So that is some high praises. Ifanyone wants some great tasting food you got to try brisket brothers. Thank you all for such a hit at our party. Read more
Awesome bbq, local lunch spot - This is the best bbq I have had in the area and their mac and cheese is my all time favorite! ... Dont get me started on the banana pudding on Fridays oh my goodness! The staff was amiable and accommodating. I got the Korean Style Pork Bulgogi with Rice and a side of Smoked Baked Beans. When... it comes time to pick up your meal, they will ask you if you want any hot sauces on your food. I asked them for the hottestsauce they had, and I must say the hot sauce did not disappoint. The brisket & ribs were alright, the meat did fall off the bones. But the mac, beans, green beans, baked beans, and sweet tea... were just not good, not satisfying. Aw man I definitely wished it lived up to the 4.9 star review. Read more
