I ordered a cheeseburger and a shake get to the window. I'm asked to pull to the front to wait for fresh burgers to be made. Store is supposed to be open till 10 but you can only get part of the menus... rude customer service.... and sorry i ruined your... night cause I didn't want the nasty fries you were trying to give me after telling me I had to wait for new ones and trying togive me nasty old fries !! . Cold and old food for the 3rd time, they never give you butter or honey for the biscuits. I got a bucket recently and it's was... all dry breasts wasn't even the recipe I asked for. Basically gave me what was left without asking me. No napkins and no plateslike I asked for in my online order. Read more

Stopped to get plain burger ,fries and coke.No one in line and I had pull to side for about 10 min.They brought burger out &it... had everything on it, fries cold.Drove back through drive thru to exchange &got told once more to park and wait.Sadly lot justto get something to eat.There were no cars but me at the drive thru.Hopefully it will improve.Love A & W. I love A&W and to get to one I have to drive 40+ miles. This was my first visit to this location and the experience was so-so. I... order the double cheeseburger meal and some sriracha cheese curds. I don't know why but the burger was extremely salty to thepoint I couldn't finish it. The fries were ok but the one saving g grace were the sriracha cheese curds. They were absolutelyamazing.
