This location is terrible. Always out of pretzels. So many people waiting for food that they lose track of the orders. ... The workers are very young maybe still in high-school and don't communicate well with each other. Great place to get free food... since they're so disorganized. But otherwise don't bother actually ordering food because you have to wait an hour for them toactually make it. Read more
I HATE AUNTIE ANNES THIS WAS THE WORST EXPIRIENCE OF MY LIFE. I WAITED 2 HOURS FOR ONE SERVING OF MINI DOGS!!!!!!! THIS WAS... TRAUMATIZING. THEY WERE SO RUDE. my daughter was home sick with pneumonia and I was trying to buy her something to eat, and Iwas also going to buy her a toy but completely ran out of time due to the horrendous service. the workers were so rude and brokemy heart, I kept asking if it was almost ready, and they brushed me off as well as forgetting my order numerous times. When Ifinally received the dogs, they were charred and appeared as though they had already been chewed for me. I almost threw up in mymouth and maybe all over my new clogs. This store is ruining the whole vibe of the mall, and I am severely scarred forever. Ihighly don't recommend this place, please save yourself from the pain. I'm giving them three stars only because the employees have been really nice to me when I go, but this place needs some serious... work. The smell of warm butter emanates the hallway. It's Pretzels. I ordered on the mobile app, it was a bit buggy with not quite... knowing which store I was at but I figured it out. Order was pretty much ready when I showed up. Staff was courteous andinformed me they were out of a flavor I ordered. I picked an alternative and it was made fresh right away. There was a line forthe place and it shows being nice on the customer side will help make everyone's day better. Read more
