Loved the ambiance of this place, sitting outside was so nice! They have a lovely shaded little patio. Food was just ok. If you... can?t take the time to melt the cheese on scrambled eggs or the biscuits and gravy don?t even bother putting it on, or put thecheese underneath. Came here on a whim. There are 3 doors you can come in 2 that go straight to the dining room. Two waitresses talking about what... kind of tattoos they like seeing on men completely ignoring me and other customers coming in. The food was really sub par. Iordered the Sombrero burrito that came out quick but had no taste other than a little heat from the green chili. Maybe it wasjust the day I came but this restaurant is really missing on alot of items. X service X food taste If it wasn't for such aprime location I don't really see why anyone would visit. I?ve been eyeing this place for a year now. Great little yard and seating options indoors and outdoors. Staff was totally... friendly, helpful and made great suggestions. We ordered the Huevos Rancheros covered with Green Chili Sauce, the SombreroBurrito and a plate of Breakfast Sandwich with potatoes. All the food was very tasty and came out fast. See the menu for dishdescriptions. I think my Huevos Rancheros could have had a smaller dose of Green Chili Sauce as it was a bit much. The only thing this Cafe needs is more tables so everyone can come enjoy their delicious meals! They nailed it in every aspect... you look for to enjoy a meal out. To start with the food, their homemade salsa paired perfectly with the delicious chorizoomelette pictured. Their bread is made in house and has great texture and flavor. Lastly, the wait staff is very friendlypaired with a kitchen that gets you your food quickly without dampening quality. Read more
So this was our first time to try Back Porch Cafe. We shared a biscuits and gravy breakfast and a cinnamon roll. To start with,... the eggs and the potatoes were cooked perfectly. I couldn't have asked for better! The biscuits were fluffy and delicious, thesausage gravy was excellent. The bacon was slightly crispy and we loved it too! The cinnamon roll, OMGoodness!!!!! You have totry the cinnamon rolls, some of the best! We will certainly be returning here! Read more
came here for breakfast, even though it was chilly the waitress still let us sit outside (which we wanted!) the coffee was tasty... and so was there cinnamon roll. the fruit cup was cantaloupe and honeydew so had I known that I probably would have skipped it.the cinnamon roll was very soft and the typical overly sweet. great outdoor space! The food pictured was the Dan Pat breakfast burrito. The chicken tasted like it came out of the smoker, the breakfast potatoes... cooked perfectly with that middle creamy flavor. Let's not forget the cinnamon roll tasted like grandmas. Read more
