They made me, only me, pay to use the bathroom and when I asked why, the manager told me it was required but then proceeded to... let every other non-paying customer to utilise the bathroom although they were all behind me in line. Unacceptable. Read more

Went to get a milkshake and the girl who made it used all milk so it was watery and it tasted off, called to say their milk... tasted sour they responded rudely ?well we just bought it this morning so that would be odd? ya, I don?t care when you boughtit, maybe don?t leave your milk out all day to spoil BC that?s what it tasted like. Terrible customer service, terribleicecream, and a terrible waste of 8$. Will be sure to go to sonic next time at least I?ll get what I asked for, for less, andIll have less a risk food poisoning. The ice cream and location are incredible and staff are friendly and helpful and free to be themselves. I love that they always... have dairy free ice cream made with almond milk available since I can't eat regular ice cream. My daughter loves getting a hugewaffle cone with a couple of their 25+ flavors. Today she had strawberry cheese cake and gooey chewy cookie. Read more

Loved it! Not only was their ice-cream top-notch, but they're so environmentally friendly. They have dairy-free ice cream, they... have compostable and biodegradable straws and spoons, they focus on Peaceful activism and Justice, and they focus on their Eaglesuffering a lot. Along with making sure all of their ingredients and products are fair trade. I'm so proud to have a Ben &Jerry's in my location making a difference in my community! Read more
Absolutely love this place. Everything about Ben & Jerry?s is the best. Really fun location to grab some ice cream then walk... around town. Now, let?s talk bathroom mirrors.
