30 minute wait yo be seated. When we got seated the table was dirty. All of our meals came out at different times it was very... bizarre. All of the staff was very sweet. Our waitress was really nice but she was not very efficient. She kept forgetting things and... didn't fully understand the menu. We had to help her out a bit. She may have been new. Food was good and the bathrooms wereclean. Read more
I picked up 30 on the bone wings to go. (I've been trying various wing places around town.) Ordering was easy online, and ready... in 28 minutes. The hostess was cordial and efficient getting my order. Plenty of parking with up-front take out and disabledspots. I ordered 4 different flavors of the hot and very hot varieties. (Buffalo, mango habanero, Nashville, desert heat) Nonewere really that spicy, and all the sauces tended to be on the sweeter side. Hands down the worst service I have ever received. Our first server was inattentive and completely negligent to our table. When... we received a new server they were zero improvement to the first. My side of fries came out well after I finished eating mywings and they were cold? It's as if they were just sitting in the back unnoticed. Soggy and definitely stale by the time theywere received. Along with that, neither my girlfriend nor I received our carrots and celery we ordered with our wings at all.Then our table received my order twice over instead of what everyone else had ordered. It's one thing if a restaurant is busybut it was completely dead in there. Servers were idly standing around the reception booth chatting and paying no attention tothe people in the restaurant. I had to walk my card to the front to check out because I was so tired of getting ignored. Theonly positive was my beer was still cold when they brought it to me twenty minutes after I ordered it. Endlessly horrible place. I used to go there. And recommend they actually put a decent amount of sauce on their wings. I asked... them how much it would cost to actually put sauce on it and they said pennies. I spent $60 on dinner. I couldn?t even tell whatflavor of wings they were. Why scrimp over pennies? That is why on a Tuesday night which is their special night , The place is aghost town. Maybe you guys should consider actually putting out a good tasting product as opposed to saving a few pennies. Terrible quality. It so frustrating when you go out of your way to pick up a special dinner for family and recieve this. That... is a 15$ "wedge" salad that didnt even come with the blue cheese it was supposed to and carrots I paid extra for. Literally hadto throw it outside for bunnies to eat. Read more
Forest time here. The place was busy but I feel like service was timely and attentive. Wonderful food. brisket Sandwich was... delightfully smoky and hatch chili cheeseburger was spicy tasty and sloppy the way a good burger should be. absolutelyrecommend. Read more
We love you guys, we really do, but the "extra" request and side veggie game has to be stepped up! Requests for extra... saucy/seasoned have come out the opposite a lot, like in the pic. They tasted basically naked with a hint of chipotle BBQ a fewtimes. Stating only celery for the side veggie usually comes with carrots too, which, ok, we just won't eat them...but two tinycelery slices for 15 wings!?
