This place suffers from very bad management. I lived in Colorado when this place was first opened. It has always been the... slowest and lowest quality place to get food that I have seen. I can?t blame the workers, as they are just going their job,however I do blame management for not being on top of making sure food gets out quickly. I have spent on average 20 minuteswaiting for food when there was no one in line. On several occasions I have seen the manager outside smoking when she shouldhave been helping out the other employees or at least delegating. There seriously needs to be a zero star option because they don?t even deserve that. First off I was in on 11/4/22 at lunch.... There was one pair in the lobby and maybe 2-3 cars in the time I was there so no excuse of being busy, and I was trying to usethe app. I simply asked if the deal I was trying to order was available only through the app and the ?manager? walks by and sayswe have nothing to do with the app. Whatever, I get they can?t fix app issues but to be as rude and dismissive without evenunderstanding what the issue is, and you?re the manager? So I step back looking at the app and menu. A few minutes later anotheremployee asks if I?m ready and I say just a minute, (again no line, not holding anything up) I?m trying to find a way to get 2meals without it costing $25 and the manager from the back of the kitchen laughs extremely loud and says ?this guy.? I ask whather name is and she starts laughing, covering her name tag and telling me I can leave. This was absolutely the most unhelpful,disrespectful, unprofessional, and most disgusting behavior I?ve ever witnessed from a so called manager. If this is what theyconsider management material at BK then I?ll take the hint and never bring my business back. I got food from here today and the burger was still red and raw on the inside. Manager was pretty rude and service here is... always super slow and sucks. Wont be eating here again since the employees have not consideration for anybody but themselves.people can get food poisoning from undercooked and raw meat but apparently these employees don?t care but I will be reportingthem with the health department if I get sick from them. disgusting food Read more

Wow the worst customer service I?ve ever received at a fast food place. The man in the window was very rude and clearly hated... his job. I asked for a large cup of ice he didn?t get it for me when I asked again he gave me a half cup of medium ice with anattitude. I also asked for lots of ketchup, there was none so I asked again and he be grudgingly threw some in the bag, gettingwhat I asked for was literally like pulling teeth. I was held hostage in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me and about 4 cars behind me! I didn?t even... get to order because they took so long!!! This is supposed to be fast food, get your s**t together people!!! Read more

Employees were very rude. A simple "I'm sorry but our machine is down" would have been acceptable. But no, they had to make a... joke about it and make fun of me. So no, I will not order anything else. Read more

Worst service ever. I went there and sat in the drive thru forever. Then when I got up to the box to order the girl in the drive... thru could not get my order right finally thought it was right and pulled forward. Got up to the window and went to pay and myorder was wrong. I tried to get it right but finally after almost 20 minutes of being in this drive thru just cancelled my orderand drove away. This store was not operating 2 hours after open. No employee acknowledged me for 10 minutes, and as this was a doordash order... that can cause some issues with my earnings, employment, and can cause fees for the restaurant. To make matters worse, thescreen for the kitchen has the order timed at 20+ minutes. Completely ridiculous, and look, locations can turn off their Dashpad(the tablet for their orders to come in) whenever they want, meaning when kitchens are behind, understaffed, or overloaded within store customers, they can indeed not take Doordash orders and not put extra pressure on them or the dashers of an area.
