Great food as always but a very long wait with a lot of tables open. I assume it was a staffing issue. As a business owner... myself, I would have seated people at tables instead of making them wait outside. Just sit customers at a table and let themknow there may be a wait because the servers are very busy. At least they aren't waiting outside with children running aroundthe parking lot in harms way. The food is reasonably priced and tastes good. They have healthy offerings. The blackberry lemonade is our favorite! The 8 y/o... is a farm of the pizza and French fries. We go here every few weeks! Highly recommend. Read more
Went in here right when they opened after fixing up my car. Great service, the bartender was super attentive and suggested great... options. Cold beer with frozen mugs ????. Great thing on a hot day. Good food and the lunch special was a killer deal. Read more
Normally Chili's is pretty standard, but not this time. The food was incredibly average, and the service was terrible. We were... there before many of the other patrons around us, and yet they were served before us. In addition, we had to ask for drinkrefills which arrived just barely before we left. We were never presented with our bill, not were we asked if we would likeanything else. All in all very disappointing experience. We will think twice about returning. Also, the menu has changed. Not normally where we would go to eat but tonight was convenient. We had time to kill and it was only 3:30pm. We had a great... time with our waitress Kathrine. She actually had a moment to sit and speak with us! We tried the queso with fresh spinach ???? Read more
Wonderful lunch. Place wasn't terribly busy but servers were attentive and fast. My burger was everything I wanted it to be.... Fries could have been saltier but no points off since that is a personal preference. Inside ambience was pleasant - this placeis on a busy corner but it was nice and quiet inside. Read more
My fiancé, her mother, her two sisters and myself had an amazing early dinner here yesterday. We had a three year old with us... and asked the hostess to seat us away from every one ( so we would not disturb any other patrons). She was very courteous andled us to an over sized booth perfect for our situation. Our sever was very polite, prompt, attentive, and did a wonderful job.Chili's can be hit or miss depending on the location. My entire party was very pleased with our dining experience. Read more
Originally went in here because evidently there is a ghost kitchen functioning out of Chili's. But you cannot order food from... there in person. You can only order food online. Being that we were looking to sit down, we ended up sitting down and eating atChili's. We knew what we were getting into, and that it wasn't the food we were looking for primarily. That being said, we bothkind of ended up with a little bit of a stomach ache. Not a big surprise because we don't eat at places like this very often.The service was nice enough and provided ample information.
