If you have any food allergies, don't bother ordering delivery from them. Their staff didn't bother checking to see what order... they gave the driver and I almost ended up in the hospital from a mouthful of almonds. They also didn't lable anything. If theysimply wrote almonds on the lid, then even if I got the wrong order I would have known. $59 down the drain and I won't botherwith them ever again. (They already know what happened and all I heard was about how seriously they take this. If allergenswere taken seriously to begin with, this would have easily been avoided with a single word on a lid. I'm still posting a reviewso others know the risk.) Read more
The staff are nice and friendly, and the ice cream is great, but... The last two times that I was in, I was given less than... full measure in one of the pint/quart/triple-pint containers, by two different people. Was it by a *lot*? No, it was kind ofsort of close. Getting on my soapbox, if more than one staff member is doing this, it's not a *staff* problem, it's a*management* problem. The staff are nice, and they believe that they're doing a good job, but they haven't been taught (or toldthat it's important) to always fill the container completely. Cold Stone catered a pan of ice cream with toppings to our neighborhood party. Mickey and Joseph (?) happily served until it... was all gone, even the visiting PFA crew enjoyed a full helping. Oh yeah, the ice cream was as good as ever. : ) Read more
I honestly give this place one star because I placed an order for a design on an ice cream cake for a 2 olds birthday for a... friend and they did not follow the design specifications or even follow the color specifications either. The only thing they gotright was the color for the writing to say happy Birthday, but even that was not very professionally written out. Also, theicing was stuck to the plastic lid on all sides. All in all I am an unsatisfied customer and will never go back to them to ordera cake because of how unprofessional and rushed and thrown together this cake looked. Read more

Ice cream was delivered late. Driver was weird. The ice cream we ordered was milkshakes. They forgot to add spoons our waffle... bowls were crushed and broken. The store was not helpful when we called back Ellie did not provide good customer . We were nothappy customers at the end our night was ruined. Our $40 I guess meant nothing. We will never shop here again I hope they go outof business . Read more
I picked up my son's ice cream birthday cake today and found that the message was barely legible. His name was not capitalized... (and it was misspelled)- I have never met someone named "anthday" Then they had the gall to request an "automatic" tip. Theirice cream cakes taste good but they are not the only game in town- we will go elsewhere. Read more
They Acknowledge when you're walking in the store with a hello, or a Welcome. Very Inviting team of people. Usually don't... have a line when we go, & if so they get to you fairly quickly. ???? Read more
