Had an occasion to be in Ft. Collins and a friend took me to OC Oakes Brewhouse for lunch. We were met, seated and served by... Brooke. She alone would be the reason for my return if it hadn't been the absolutely delicious food. I had the Cobb salad and itwas the largest Cobb I've ever had. Truly!! Had a great time! All that needs to be explained, really--is thatyou can have pork belly in your mac & cheese--among other tasty options. The brussel sprouts are actually CRISPY &delicious. Hatch chile creamed corn was wonderful. Delicious spicy mule beverage. Their patio was shaded, which made forperfect enjoyment in the summer evening. The customer service was beyond excellent.
