I placed an order for delivery a littler over an hour before they closed. The order was accepted, and I was told it was... prepared, and someone was on the way to pick it up. 5 minutes before they closed, they cancelled the order. Dickies did this,not the app service, I checked. I waited over an hour for an order that they never intended on fulfilling. If they had notaccepted the order, I could have placed an order with another restaurant. By the time they cancelled, most places were closing. This isn't the first issues I've had with this location. Went in for lunch, they had my order ready, that was nice. got to the truck and looked at the order and the fries were cold and... soggy dripping oil, went back in to see if I could change them out. The service I got when i picked up the order was soso atbest now that there is a problem it did not get any better, they turned up the cooker and tossed in a few fries, waited a bitand got at least hot soggy fries, had the pulled pork and had more flavor in the extra big bun than in the pulled pork. thelunch rush was 3 customers so it not that they were busy.
