Good sandwich spot! There is a large parking lot for this location and it was not busy when we went. We heard they had good... sandwiches, so we wanted to give them a try. The menu was a little smaller than expected, but had some good options. I chose thechicken cheesesteak sandwich and so did my wife. I got the chips and she had the pasta salad. The roll for the sandwich waswonderful and probably the best part of the sandwich. I didn't love the chicken used and wished I chose the steak optioninstead. The sandwich was hot and fresh, with very flavorful onions and mushrooms. The chips were home cooked and pretty good. Iwould consider coming back again for another option. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is that the location isnot great and I wished there was a selection for a club type sandwich. Fort Collins has no shortage of good sandwiches. Honestly, with no disrespect to any of the businesses in our community,... sandwiches and breakfast are head and shoulders above the rest of the scene in FoCo. With that said, Elevated stands out in thecrowded class. No fluff, regionally inspired classics make up the menu in the small cafe. The sandwich was so,so the chips are made in house so they were good. The cheese curds were not Wisconsin cheese curds like it... said on the menu ?????????. Read more
My fave - love coming here. The food is incredible, the staff is all happy to chat and so positive and fun, and it's a great... spot to sit and hang for a while (though, if you're in a rush, the sandwiches hold up great to-go!). 10/10 recommend. Read more
Drove up from Denver with the intentions of eating somewhere else.... And boy am I glad we chose Elevated!! We ended up getting... a chicken and a beef cheese steak. Both with pasta salad. We also got the fried mushrooms. I'm a super picky fat kid and themushrooms were amazing!! We will def be back! Read more

This is hands down the best sandwich shop in town. Nobody even compares to the quality. Hooked on my first bite. You have won my... weekly lazy Sunday business. I hope you make more locations and bring the sandwich revolution to all peoples. I think a southfoco location near Harmony shopping centers would work great and pretty much put Subway, Silivermine, and Jimmy Johns out ofbusiness cuz they are all sub par food quality. Read more
