Good as usual, just 2 minor issues that took it fro 5 stars to 4. First is that I ordered hot tea and they forgot to mention... when I was ordering that the only hot tea was Chai. Second, I wish the cooks were a bit more intentional about mixing the saucesin to the food while it is cooking. I had a few bites with minimal sauce and a few with strong flavor. Oh well. Ingredients weregood and well stocked, place was clean and comfortable, it seemed well staffed unlike a lot of places, and the kids enjoyed theice cream at the end. Read more

You can create any meat and veggie combination to your liking. Add ladled seasonings and oils. Then they will cook it all up... for you on their large griddle. Read more

I was saddened and kinda embarrassed by choosing your establishment for our four person family night out. The instant I stepped... onto the vinyl floor, my shoes stick to the floor. Each step I took I felt more embarrassed as it wasn't just a spill spot, butall of the vinyl flooring! (And I had paid almost a hundred dollars to have brought my family in for a good meal, just to be metby this instead?) The guy that rung up our order, said he would need to make me some tea. He didn't ask if I wanted hot orcold. Later when I went to get it, there was no tea of any kind, hot or cold. Everything in the facility felt sticky, thefloor, our table, the counter tops, and yes, the serving utensil on the buffet tables. The food was very good tasting, but thebowls were plastic and older with a film on them from what may have been caused by a dishwasher that had not fully rinsed thebowls off, leaving a white residue behind. It is sad to see all the great food being tainted by a filthy atmosphere. Eventhough we loved the food, I will not be back. Read more

First trash experience I've had at this location. They've decided not to give you a fork with your cups when you first pay.... Instead you have to get them after your food is cooked... which would have been fine, but the guy in front of me took the lastone. I asked the lady up front after she finished ringing someone up and told me she'd get clean forks in just a moment... Thenshe proceeded to checkout 3 more groups while the girlfriend, her daughter, and I stood there waiting as our food got cold. Ithen asked one of the other employees walking past and he told me if I needed utensils to grab some chopsticks behind the thecashier. While I can certainly use chopsticks, they cannot. Also, I had a plate of sauce drenched crab... nearly impossible topickup with chopsticks. After a total of ten minutes waiting I grabbed three sets of chopsticks because clearly nobody who workshere cares. After the three of us struggled to eat with chopsticks for another 10 minutes, I hailed another employee walkingpast and asked for three forks. They never returned. After returning to line and getting a second bowl, I got to the end andthere were two forks. I grabbed both and sat down so we could finally eat a bowl of hot food. When fished I purposely set theforks aside and stacked the plates so they could be taken and the forks left. Returned after our third bowl and they took theforks from the other side of the table where I put them. I walked back up to the grill to ask for forks AGAIN, this time thecashier was just on her phone playing some game and she stomped off like I was asking the world of her. Nah. I'm out. Andhonestly, I won't be back. Trash customer service. Also... the manager might wanna talk to their employees. There's clearly somedrama going on. One employee told another one to F off at the grill and everytime one walked past our table they were stompingand talking smack about another employee. Fix yourselves. Also, what is this McDonald's? Why is your ice cre Read more

I have to say... I was quite impressed with this very unique experience. This restaurant is like an express hibachi grill. You... select what you want in it by placing items into various bowls, drop a combination of sauces of your choosing, and take it rightover to the grill to be prepared. The wait staff was friendly and attentive as well. Read more

We haven't been to a Hu Hot in over 10 years and it used to be our favorite spot. So when we saw this location while traveling,... it was a no brainer to stop for lunch. We got 2 bowls to go, filled them up, watched the grill chef, added our choice oftoppings, and headed outside to eat (since the weather was perfect). Sooo good! Just as good as we remembered it being all thoseyears ago! We love the variety and being able to chose exactly what you want in your bowl and then playing "mixologist" with thesauces. Read more

I have been fairly regular at Huhot in Fort Collins old town for the past 9-10 years. Wasn?t able to go for the past year or so... due to COVID related restrictions and all. The facelift and all is good but for the first time in my tens of visits I was reallydisappointed. Never have I ever felt so unwelcome at this place before. I went in with a couple of friends. I know therestaurant closes at 8:00 PM. We were there at about 7:30. I have always done two rounds and that?s what I was aiming for. As Igot to the grill with my bowls, they were already beginning to close everything down. The sauces were being taken away while wewere still preparing our meal. We ate the first round of food and when we went back for the second, 3/4 of the grill was alreadyturned off and they had started cleaning. Small part was still being used. However, if you have a grill 10 feet wide and 3/4thhas heaters turned off, the remaining 1/4th is not going to do much of cooking. The food looked like what?s in the photos.Sauces and oil and broths were still pouring like a soup, the egg was hardly done, the rice was sticky and slightly undercooked. The first bowl was ?barely cooked? and ?poured? in the plate and second one was then added to the grill. By the time the secondunintended soup and sticky fried rice was poured in the plate the first one was almost as cold as it could get. I wasdisappointed. So, I called for the manager. And I expressed my dissatisfaction. I told them if it?s too late at 7:30 to enterfor you to close at 8:00 you should lock your entrance. The manager said - we do. So I showed the food and said the food isbarely cooked. I couldn?t finish eating uncooked noodles and rice and neither could my friends. The manager asked what can I doto help? I said, I expect a better experience in the future I guess. The manager says, okay. Thank you. And walks away.Completely cold. So on my way out I go to the ice cream machine and they don?t have any cone or bowls for the ice c Read more
