just nowNEW Rosana was extremely rude I would encourage anyone who shops here to pick another location. They refused to let me... speak to their manager or supervisor. I would recommend ordering from any other location or even resturant. Terrible customerservice. She told me it doesn't matter when I asked when my order would arrive. She also hung up on me and made it extremelydifficult to simply find out when my order would arrive. I understand the lack of employees and how hard it is to find employeesat this current time. But that in no way should excuse your poor customer service or simple lack of effort. My issue is not thatmy order was nearly 45min late, my only issue is the poor customer service that goes against every other experience I have hadwith jj. Read more
As I have many times before, I placed an online/delivery order today, but somehow one of the numbers was incorrect in my address... this time -- still not sure how that happened, since I double-checked in the beginning of the process that it was right, butforgot to look again before I clicked submit. Whatever happened, it was my fault, so when I called after realizing my order hadbeen delivered to someone else I expected that I'd have to pay a second time. But they offered to replace my order at no cost,and it arrived just as quickly as ever. They didn't have to do that, and maybe couldn't have with a larger order. But on areally bad day where I wasn't able to get out of the house this was extra appreciated. I love the sandwiches, and the customerservice has always been great too, but this was above and beyond. I've been to several Jimmy John's throughout Colorado as a great place to get a quick sandwich. Some have very average customer... service and some have good customer service. This location in particular is very friendly; they meet you with a smile and atone point I accidently grabbed the wrong bag of chips, opened them and told them I accidently got the wrong ones. The staff wasfriendly enough to allow me to keep my bag of chips and grab another one. Where this would be considered taboo at your localsubway, the store manager was nice enough to not make a big deal about it. I gave the other bag of chips to my buddy whoaccompanied me and got exactly what I wanted. 5 stars for a good staff! Read more
