Reviews for Krazy Karl's Pizza and Sports Bar in Fort Collins, CO

It really hurts leaving only two stars for Krazy Karl's. The pizza, garlic knots, and everything in between are all so top... notch. They've been a staple for my family and I are for years. That all changed after tonight's situation, or should I saysituations. The last three times I've ordered, the delivery has been 25-90mins late EACH time. I'm a patient guy, I understandthings happen but this is getting ridiculous. On top of it, when I reach out regarding this, no one seems to even care. Just anapology or offer to fix the situation would be greatly appreciated. Worst Grinder sandwich I've ever had and I've had lots in different places and countries. Grinder was overbaked burnt and very... dry. Wife's pizza was burnt, cheese pizza with NO CHEESE! Very poor service. I'd give a minus 10 out of 10 and that's beinggenerous. VERY OVERPRICED. Would never recommend to anyone and won't be going back ! Read more

I moved to Colorado about a month ago, and as a Patriots fan with no cable, I wanted a place to go to watch all the football... games. Look no further than Krazy Karl's Pizza. I've been coming here every Sunday for the last three weeks. The employees aresuper friendly, the pizza is always great, and every Sunday Krazy Karl's does 25 cent knots. I usually get two orders of theknots and a pizza along with two beers and mi bill is always around $20. During all Broncos games, they even raffle off aBroncos jersey. I see myself going to Krazy Karl's at least once a week for the foreseeable future. Read more

The Krazy Karl?s pizza game has always been top notch no matter what location you go to. This time however the spicy ranch was... not that great like it usually is. It was very quite watery and just had an off taste because of it. Luckily I can douse mypizza in hot sauce to compensate but the spicy ranch elevates the experience so much! Also customer service was okay the guy upfront was friendly to almost everyone except me on entering :/ win some lose some I guess. Also the Ridgen location is soooomuch better than the one off Elizabeth for all things practicality (i.e. parking, accessibility, crowdedness). Read more

The delivery time is outrageous. We understood it was a Friday night so they should be busy, and ordered any way knowing it... would be 2 hours. 3 hours later our cold leftovers showed up. And that's exactly what it tasted like. The order was wrong andthe 2 liter was so warm and shaken up. Very disappointed and will never be returning, in person or delivery. I've worked foodservice and the quality of the food and terrible delivery time is unacceptable whether it's a busy night or not. Also, the owneror managers responses to these reviews are ridiculously unprofessional. Read more

The green chili cheese fries are BOMB! Pizza is always good, make sure to check out their weekly special pizzas. Knots are... delish, honestly I?ve never had a bad thing and I?ve tried just about everything. They have great deals through the week too! Read more

Consistently great pizza. My family has enjoyed a number of their specialty pizzas (the North of the Border, 7 Cheese, and Meaty... are favorites) and we will happily order more. Delivery can take a little bit of time on some days, but if you plan ahead ( wealways order a little earlier than we plan on eating) it is not a problem and honestly the food is totally worth the wait.
