They mess up my order almost every time. I have given them so many chances but only because of my love for Kung Fu Tea. Don't... bother with this location. Just go to Wonder Tea. Edit: I tell them every time too.. I'll walk in expecting one milk tea andone classic tea but most of the time they make two milk teas. The order they messed up today, they also messed up the remake andgave me black tea instead of green tea. I just didn't feel like waiting for another drink to be made.. So I just left. Read more
It was my first time in here and I was really excited to try it given the good reviews. My experience was very disappointing.... When my child and I walked in the music was blasting inappropriate R&B with very foul language. The service was veryunprofessional. I stood at the counter while the two employees were just flirting/messing around with eachother. I felt asthough I, as a customer, was interrupting. I was served by a younger guy who couldn?t even hear me over the music that was beingplayed and gave off the vibe that he really just didn?t care. The vibe overall was not very welcoming. Read more
Before I came here I have never tried boba, but after I had it is is always sounding good! There are so many different types... here. The place looks so cool on the inside and it looks very clean. I honestly wouldn?t go anywhere else for boba! Definitelyrecommend! Read more
The boba tea was DELICIOUS! I recommend the Strawberry punch with Mango popping boba. I just want to warn you that Kung Fu Tea... smells kind of weird, but in a way it smells good. It also does not bring down the experience. Definitely try it! Read more
I love biking here and getting a treat! There is an amazing amount of options, and the interior is really nice! You can really... customize your order, with a bunch of toppings. My order has gotten mixed up one time, but they were really quick to fix it,which was very kind of them! They have a few little treats, like a cream puff or cheesecake. Would recommend! Read more
Popular bubble tea in fort Collins area. Due to COVID it's to go only. Very friendly and and knowledgeable staff. So many... variety of bed bible tea and very creative. Sesame toasted matcha tea is delicious and refreshing. Definitely a must visit forbubble tea lover. Read more
Tried this out once as it was good. No worries about the drinks being good. Customer service is rude though. Went in around... 10-12 min before they were going to close as they seemed very annoyed, and were very rude. Krista was the one that took theorder. After the order was placed, had asked if we can do the Taro no sugar. She said no, we started making it. Slight error onour side with the order but was rude about it. Didn't think it would be made right after the credit card swipe. Ended up justasking for a refund/no drinks as the vibes were not cool. Thanks for waisting our time and now we have to wait for the refundto process sadly. Read more
