There's one guy who works here at night who is the only employee apparently who knows how to listen. Every time he is not in the... window my order is incorrect or completely swapped with another vehicle. I always order plain and for some reason tonight everyitem purchased was so covered with onions it was even in the cheese between the patties, next time I'll come inside and make itmyself. Read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. Went in for dine in breakfast yesterday and was incredibly disappointed with the service. Our... order kept getting pushed off the screen and everyone coming after us and ordering similar orders getting served first. When mywife finally talked to the staff, the woman was incredibly rude and barely even spoke English then begrudgingly started puttingour order together. I am going to be avoiding this location from now on. Read more

Have gone to this McDonald's location several times in the past and unfortunately I am allergic to onion granted it out of the... five times I've come here only once there is onion on my burger I always check. But being allergic to it is it pretty big dealthe staff are really cool about fixing the order. But if I would have eaten it would have been a different situation. This isnot the only McDonald's location that has messed up my order in the past so I don't blame this location I think there was amiscommunication usually I always ask them to put an allergy alert. I believe the guy working the window is new so it's learningmistake. Read more

I went inside to order a medium pumpkin coffee. I tried to order at the computer but after placing my order the machine informs... me it's not accepting cards. I told the girl at the counter who was working Saturday 9/24 at noon and she says, "oh yeah I know"so she can't put a sign on it? I took my receipt to her but it printed blank and didn't send my order. The girl, who wasn'twearing a name tag, said she was aware it wasn't working so I ordered and it was $2.15. why is it more at the counter? She saidall coffee was $2.15. I'm like it literally says $1 on the menu. I asked her to look at the computer with me to help meunderstand. She said, "no I'm good". I finally had to ask a manager to come help me to understand. I am on the spectrum so theentire situation was extremely dusregulating. The nice manager explained ice coffee is $2. I never asked for ice coffee. Youhave an employee who is over charging customers and possibly pocketing the mone at worst, costing the company and her coworkersto waste time and money at best. No one here can understand simple English, every-time I go they ask me the same thing 5 times, they also take there sweet time... getting you your food once they park you. Read more

Like always. Its a McDonald's and review as is expected to be. Since you can order by the app stuff has been pretty better and... fast. And orders are made with less mistakes near to zero. This place is not exception to this good new era. One less starbecause clean is almost null in here. Lot of flies (death and alive) svery table dirty from the person that used before. Inever saw anybody cleaning the tables in here. May be is a new policy that they clean at the morning only or something likethat. For my is like an standard now to grab soma paper towels. Use a little hand sanitizer and clean my own table. Read more

My receipt says no pickles but my burger says otherwise. Great friendly service. Nice clean restaurant. Good drive thru.... Morning crew is steller. We need another location near by. It gets busy during dinner. Read more

Perhaps the worst McDonald's I've been to. And that's saying something. I don't know how they've gotten 3.3 stars...the staff... all were terribly slow. We ordered online and were only given the option of Curbside Pickup which was fine...except when theysaid our order was ready at 9:07 AM and no one had come out to drop off the food. At 9:25 we went in and had to wait in line toask an employee about our food. They informed us that despite it saying they were making the food and despite us being told itwas ready on the app that they had no recognition of our order. They seemed more confused than us...and so, we wanted a refund.Manager came out and had more attitude about the situation than we could have ever had. She continued to slam her registeraggressively, wanted to refund us a lower amount than we paid, and argued with us about what we ordered and how much of a refundthey owed us. In the end, we were refunded after waiting 40 minutes for food and having to argue with staff for food thatshould've taken 5. The manager had the worst attitude there and didn't seem fit to manage/lead. Unpleasant morning, unpleasantexperience. Read more
