I ordered the Gnocchi. Folks, I'm not a huge meat eater but I'm telling you- this dish is absolutely amazing! It has 3 types of... meat- sausage, Italian sausage & short ribs with Gnocchi made in house. Usual Gnocchi is potato but the Gnocchi at Nick's ismade with Ricotta cheese, add the deliciousness of the "Sunday Gravy" & you can't go wrong! Read more
So, consider this...I went here after teaching class because I didn't feel like cooking when I get home. I park and as I enter,... a party of for and a party of three are leaving. Another couple enters after me. The hostess tells me that due to staffingshortage they are not seating walk-ins. I hear the couple ask about that as I return to my car. I wait in my car for a while andthe couple doesn't emerge from the restaurant. Thoughts? I think there are plenty of other restaurants in FoCo! Read more
Food was wonderful. Service was lacking. Server disappeared. Never refilled drinks. Had to ask for a knife to cut a very... good and tasty porkchop. I wanted it to be a lovely evening because we were at Nick's but the poor service left me wishing wehad gone elsewhere. Read more

Nick’s was recommended to me by a local form the Vet school at CSU. This place has more than met my approval. The wait staff ,... hostesses, bar tenders, chef and of course Nick all went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We walked in and waited forthe bar. Oh my God, the food is amazing. The garlic bread with cheese was flavorful but it overpowered. We had fried mozzarellapared with a marinara. Spicy to perfection. The Cesar sale was cool. I had a miscommunication with the server but is t was allfixes in the end and they were so excited to have us there. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Well done. Highly recommended Read more
