Just wanted to take a second to review this location. After having a very tough experience prior, I was a bit nervous to come... back in. The manager and server were both wonderful. I think the server was named Kelsey. She was kind, and patient with me as Iexplained what I had felt may have been a mix up in communication at the last visit here. Driving through town today, we stopped at Old Chicago. We sat at the bar. The bartender was unfortunately having a rough day. He... was the only person working in the restaurant it seemed. He was getting slammed. He had a breakdown. One customer said to him itwas the worst service they ever had. I am sorry for this bartender, our service was great, some of the best we have had at OldChicago. He was attentive and gracious and doing his best, even with being stressed out. Waiter barely recognized we were his customer. Had to go get my own table set. Brought food set it down with 2 plates. Never... offered to refill our drinks.
