Waiter barely recognized we were his customer. Had to go get my own table set. Brought food set it down with 2 plates. Never... offered to refill our drinks. Dropped the check off and still hadn't said a word. He apologized for taking a long time returningmy change. He must have lost his girlfriend or something like that. Just wanted to take a second to review this location. After having a very tough experience prior, I was a bit nervous to come... back in. The manager and server were both wonderful. I think the server was named Kelsey. She was kind, and patient with me as Iexplained what I had felt may have been a mix up in communication at the last visit here. The manager treated me with respectand although the situation seemed a bit off on my side, they were wonderful. Thank you so much for your patience and a greatdinner. I will return ???? Read more

Driving through town today, we stopped at Old Chicago. We sat at the bar. The bartender was unfortunately having a rough day. He... was the only person working in the restaurant it seemed. He was getting slammed. He had a breakdown. One customer said to him itwas the worst service they ever had. I am sorry for this bartender, our service was great, some of the best we have had at OldChicago. He was attentive and gracious and doing his best, even with being stressed out. All around not good. The kid’s penne Alfredo had no taste. The side of kid’s broccoli & cheese had black spots on the... broccoli like it was old. I already threw it away or I would have included a picture. The pizza was not good but not inedibleeither. The buffalo chicken rolls were full of raw dough in the middle.
