My pizza was gross I did not order thin crust but that's what they gave me and it was disgusting. It was so bad I threw it away.
I placed an order at 5:45pm MST. Estimated delivery was 55-60min. I got a notification at 6:45pm it'd be delivered by 7:25 by... door dash. However I watched my eta with door dash go from 20min to 40min as the door dash driver made other deliveries on theother side of town. I called the location & explained the issue to Chris and was offered a $10 credit. Given that I'd bereceiving my order approx 2hrs after ordering I asked for more. Turns out Chris is the manager and he refused to make thissituation right. He made excuses instead saying $10 was all he could do...even as a manager, which I know is false. He nevertook responsibility either. I told him I was already frustrated it hadn't been delivered already when it was passed off to doordash and asked if he'd be upset if his own delivery was this late. He wouldn't respond and said they've been partnered door dashsince they started up, and says delivery times are never guaranteed. Yes, I understand the definition of an estimated deliverybut OVER an hr is pushing it, close to two hours is ridiculous. I was willing to settle with a $20 credit when he should haveapologized and comped my order given the circumstances. What happened to companies doing the RIGHT thing?? I ordered through the Uber eats app and I made the mistake on a order and the app told me to call the store to make a change or... add ons and the girl who answered told me they can't do anything. I even asked can you just throw on pepperonis after? She saidno she cannot do that nor can she remake the pizza. If I could give zero stars I would. Called for delivery. They sent door dash. Was delivered the way wrong order when i called the restaurant they blamed the door... dash driver. She said that is what they handed her at pizza hut. The things that were delivered looked hours old and the pizzawas 2 different pizzas put in the box. They did not match in shape or color. Who evers order we got your welcome, we saved youhopefully from a terrible dinner. Said I wanted a refund and they told me 2-3 business days or they could resend the order itwould take another hour I didn't have another hour to wait a had kids to feed. Read more
Pizza hut used to be my favorite pizza place. But not now. I am disappointed by the quality of their pizzas. The amount of... meat they now put on their pizzas is less than half of what they use to. We ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and the meatlovers. On the Buffalo chicken, we were lucky if we had 10 pieces of chicken on a large pizza and the meat lovers had half theamount of meat it used to have. I will now be going to a different pizza place. To start after my order was placed i got a call saying my order could not be filled as no med or large dough was available. ... After choosing to take a thin instead and was offered nothing for the inconvenience.then a hiur and ten mins later still nopizza. So i call and ask what is going on as the time estimated was 35 to45 mins. After calling and asking and being told it wason its was. Was ask anything eles. No im good thanks for being rude. Well to top it off pizza has shown up and is hard as arock. Yes its was hot but hard as a brick. And after speending 50 dollars for 2 pizzas 8 wings and 5 bread sticks. And makingsomeone wait double the time estimated. You would have hot fresh pizza. Not pizza that was cooked 5 mins after your oder and satin a window for a hour till someone could deliver it. I typically don?t write reviews but I was treated so poorly at this location I even tried to be understanding because the... cashier lady was nervous-possibly her first day. Long story short I waited in my car for over an hour with 5 little ones andthey were late with my pizza so I waited more and they said it should be out in two minutes didn?t see anyone come out for along time but other people that had came in were served. When I finally went in because I had been waiting for too long theemployees immediately started talking bad about me and I hadn?t even said anything yet. They had apparently forgotten about mypizza and the horrible part is they tried giving me an extremely cold pizza and gave me attitude all I wanted was my dam pizza!!They didn?t even want to offer me a refund. It was just a bad experience all around and I always try to understand people butthey were so mean!!! Read more
