Sub-par. Inept employees don't even know how to wrap a burrito or cook it properly. If I'm going to spend $13-15 on a burrito I... at least expect them to know how to wrap it appropriately and cook it right so I can eat it without having to make a giant mess.I also try to order things without cilantro and they added something in there with cilantro. This location has gotten so bad. Customer service from every person, no matter the time of day, is horrible. Some of the worst... I?ve seen anywhere, and it?s literally everyone. The entire staff seems to really hate being there. Dirty floors and tables. Nomusic. Food taste has gone way down, most things are bland. Order catering for a BIG Management meeting at work that was supposed to arrive at 12PM on the dot and was informed it would... arrive by 12:09PM. The food was delivered well over 20 mins late even though it was ready at 11:50AM. The food was great but theDelivery service with Door Dash was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Went in specifically for salad with taco shell bowl. Waited 5 minutes with no one in front of me and 3 employees visible before... anyone greeted me because they were fulfilling online orders. Soda Fountain machine was Out of Order. Did not realize until Igot to my next location that the salad had no taco shell bowl.Took plastic fork out of wrapper and it was broken. The worst order of food I've ever had! I arrived a few minutes past my order time and my order still wasn't ready and yet they... had 5 people standing around doing nothing. Didn't even include half of the items I requested on my dishes, with one dishliterally looking like a dog's dinner. The tacos completely fell apart, the nachos didn't even have any queso in them and thechips were stale. If you can't produce better food than this slop, just close your doors.
