The night/dinner crew were unbelievably loud, yelling, hollering and cussing to each other across the backroom. They made no... attempt to be quiet for customers eating inside. The music in the seating area was blasting and I could still here employeesfrom across seating over the music. The prep area where they make the burritos and bowls was discusting, covered in reminence ofpast orders. The boy who helped me went from register to putting on gloves without washing his hands first to helping me,atleast he wore gloves. The cook at the grill was chugging a red bull while working in plain view of all those in line. I don't come here as often, mainly because of the fact that they skimp hard on the meat. You have to order & pay extra for... double the amount they provide regularly.. and even then, it's just about a normal - fair amount.. just enough thatway. Besides my issue with the tiny amount of protein you get, I really wish they'd bring back the chili ancho bbq burrito. Itwas so good, my absolute favorite. Everybody loved it - come'on man! Otherwise, the food is always made well, they always havea full selection with everything in stock & fresh. The service is usually good, although you will get a real jerkoccasionally.. but not as bad recently. The location is very convenient, easy to locate & access, plenty of parking & room,spacious inside with plenty of seating, and generally it's pretty clean & clear. Jamie, the general manager, was so kind and had a smile on her face the whole time! She is good at what she does.

Terrible experience. The employees had their friends behind the counter and doing whatever they want causing the employees to... make my food terribly. They had a mess behind the counter. There was a customer, who I imagine was another friend, in a boothnear the cashier yelling and laughing with the employees. The employee that put my food together was so distracted, they rang myorder up wrong like 3 times. It was just all around a horrible time. Read more

2 issues. 1 not appropriate to argue in front of a customer. Looked like the shift manager and employee were arguing in front of... me. 2) I ordered the item of the month, Smokey chicken quesadilla. Employee had headphones in and was singing along to hismusic. He asked me 3 times what I wanted. I told him the Smokey quesadilla 3 times. Each time he looked confused at me and whatI got was just a regular quesadilla with only chicken and cheese. Nothing like the advertising. Easy fixes here. Not sure why I have to ask for more lettuce in my salad? You can hardly call it salad if you have 3 ounces of lettuce. My theory... is it hides how much they've been skimping on proteins, cheeses, and other add ons. We're paying $10 buck for a steak saladwhich adds up to $2 bucks an ounce. Read more

I just came in and bought a burrito bowl and all of the meat looked like it had been sitting out overnight and I ordered... impossible meat and it was so dried out that it was clumped together. Disgusting and I threw it away and ordered chipotledoordash instead. Read more
