I am an avid Qdoba customer. I have been to many locations, and this was always my favorite. Two days ago, my husband and I... ordered Qdoba. As we were enjoying our food at our home, my husband bit into a huge piece of plastic. He could not believe howbig it was. I called to store to speak to the manager. The manager passively laughed while I told her the story. I requestedthat the GM call me. The GM never reached out to make this right. Thank goodness my husband found the piece of plastic beforeswallowing it. I am troubled that this was never resolved nor that this location did not take this seriously. Perhaps in thefuture, management will realize that this could have been a lawsuit, and someone could have seriously been hurt. This locationneeds to do better in making sure their customers are safe and resolving issues of this kind immediately. Read more
generally love Qdoba. but this location always has burnt rice and cold meats. it would be one thing if it was once, but the last... three times I've gone that's how it's been. this location doesn't exist to me anymore. Read more

The food is great and the staff is friendly. There has been a couple of times the restaurant had more messes on tables then... there should be but it wasn't terrible. Used to be ok, but their exhaust hood doesnt work right so its smoky, the top of the decorative ceiling things have never been... cleaned, disgusting. Food usually not a safe temp. Good luck with that Read more
I've rarely had bad service at any of the Qdoba locations in Fort Collins but this one definitely changed that tonight. I had... just left work myself and know how food service closing time is. I apologized over and over for being there so late. After werushed through our order because no one was civil to us, didn't even offer us a bag to carry our multiple items. We walkedoutside and realized they didn't close for another 30 minutes. When we walked up to the doors the person in the black polo(manager?) Was sitting on the front prep table area while 2 other employees in yellow were just standing together talking. Soincredibly disappointed in the service at the Harmony location. Ordered a couple of chicken items (tacos and nachos). The chunks of chicken where huge, didn't look like they took the time to... cut up into smaller pieces. Don't have the coke machine where you can create your own flavors, like their other locations do, sojust have a limited selection of fountain drinks. Read more
