My mom and stepfather ate there the other night. Their waiter spilled the glass and pitcher on them! They didn't comp the meal!... They didn't offer to clean their clothes! They didn't give them a gift card! Nothing! My mom and stepfather are seniors whodeserve the best! and the total lack of humanity is unimaginable... I'll NEVER go there!!!! Read more

Went there just past opening, was nice to beat the crowd. The food was awesome, nice and hot and freshly cooked. Our server... Joanna B, was very nice and attentive to our table, she made sure that we were well taken care of. I would recommend this placeto anyone who loves seafood. Read more
We had a great time dining here recently. My wife was able to order her sea food platter and I was able to order a very nice... sirloin steak (I have seafood allergies). The food was great and the Cheddar bisquits are always a favorite part of themeal. The service was great making the whole visit an enjoyable experience and I look forward to the next time we are able togo back for another visit. Read more
We went in recently to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary and my birthday. My husband ordered a salmon meal with mashed... potato and clam chowder. I told the server what I wanted and she decided I was going to eat ala carte. I ordered red Argentinashrimp, lobster tail-- they were out of whole lobsters--, macaroni and cheese, and a cup of clam chowder. We also received thewonderful biscuits. Everything was excellent, except for the macaroni and cheese. It's not the worst macaroni and cheese I'veever had -- but the word I kept thinking of while tasting it was "cloying". I could feel myself gaining pounds with every bite.Everything in the macaroni and cheese tasted artificial. Uck. We have also been to Red Lobster in May and I ordered the 6breaded shrimp. They were so spicy that I could hardly eat them; when I told our server, she acted like I was crazy. It wasn'tthe sauce, it was in the bread that they put on the shrimp. So for the taste of the macaroni and the shrimp, and becausethere's no prices on their drink menu and we ended up paying 3$ more for the drink than the server said it was, for these 3reasons-- I am reducing my previous 5 star review to 4 stars. Visited this restaurant on a Friday evening. Everything from the greeting, food, attention and friendlyness of the waitress (... Paige in our case ) have been execptionally good. Prices were fair - e. g. Atlantic Salmon for 21.49 USD. Definately worth avisit! Read more
It's been a while since we last visited Red Lobster. We enjoy their meal, but the experience in other locations were not very... pleasant. However, our waiter Elliot from this location, made our experience so much better. He provided such a professional,friendly, and outstanding customer service. Biscuits: always delicious England Clam Chowder: very good Linguine Alfredo withShrimp: pasta was too bland and overcooked. Also lacked flavor. Bar Harbor Lobster Bay: pasta was too soft and overcooked, notal dente. Lobster, Shrimp, and Salmon: this was our top favorite and we highly recommend it. Love the buttery garlic sauce. Asfar as sides, I recommend the Quinoa Rice, surprisingly very good! Dessert: Chocolate Wave. Cake was so moist and ridiculouslygood! If you're looking for a cocktail, I really enjoy the Sunset Passion Colada. Read more
Honestly we had a great dinner so it’s super sad that our experience was ruined! My family and I will not dine here again! We... left a cash tip and had our waitress leave herself a bigger tip on our debit card receipt! The manager thought it was anaccident but I’ve worked plenty of food service to know this doesn’t happen by accident. ???? So so sad!
