Firstly the woman working the register was very rude and we had to clarify our order multiple times. After waiting for 15... minutes she came up to us and said ?we discontinued the gluten free bread because we?re out?. They offered my girlfriend a saladinstead and she clarified that it can?t have croutons on it. After another 10 minutes we received our food. My sandwich waswrong and her salad had croutons on it. We went back up and mentioned again that she cannot have gluten and the correctsandwich. After another 5 minutes we received the right food. I understand restaurants are understaffed and people have baddays, but this was a horrible experience. I absolutely don?t recommend coming here especially if you?re gluten intolerant Read more
The worst food I have ever eaten. And I was in the military. Did not refund my purchase as promised. I will definitely warn... others of their foul food and of their dishonesty and disloyalty towards customers. I wouldn't give them one star but you mustto post this review. Read more
I love Schlotzsky's. The bread is amazing the the mustard and meat make it so juicy. Great!
Good & clean restaurant. Love the Original sandwich. Pretty much that's all I get there now. Other sandwiches are good too but... the original is the best. Previously gave this place 4 stars but dropping it by 2 because the door says on Sunday they're openuntil 7. Website says they're open until 7. Why wasn't it open at 5:27pm Aug 14th? Still love the sandwiches there, just alittle hangry they're not open at their posted schedule. Read more

These sandwiches are incredible. I've been eating them since high school they were right next to my school and Albuquerque.
Food is good, but if you close at 8pm you should lock your doors from the outside @ 7:30 so that employees can complete their... clean up chores by 8 sharp and the punk kid doesn't have to advise diners after they order and get their food how much time theyhave left to eat the food they paid for. We finished our meal in the car, thank you. Of course we would have finished sooner ifwe didn't have to roust someone from the back to take our order to begin with. And then had to hunt someone down to get a spoonfor the soup. Read more
