Bobby was amazing! And my repeat meal is a spectacular combination of contrasting flavors and textures! I love sweet potatoes,... but this combo is out of this world. Excellent, beautifully presented brunch food. All the servers and support we interacted with were super friendly to us. We were... seated quickly by a warm host, and another server stepped in to take our drink order because our server was apparently reallybusy. He did seem quite busy, but also disappeared back into the kitchen a lot which was a little odd. Maybe he was helping BOH?Our server did acknowledge and apologize for keeping us waiting. There was one guy diligently sanitizing tables, but then therewere three people behind the bar who seemed to be leisurely cleaning things and chatting. It wasn?t particularly clear how theworkload was distributed, but we got the sense that there are some inefficiencies management either doesn?t know about or hasn?ttaken the time to address. My credit card sat on the table for almost 10 minutes before anybody noticed, despite the restaurantbeing almost empty by this time. A support person eventually saw and grabbed it, but we could hear her in the bar complaining toa coworker about how she?s been running our server?s food and payments all day. Which is an understandable thing to befrustrated about and I get the need to not hold it in, but maybe better to use your whisper voice? Things felt a littledisorganized, and everyone working FOH appeared super young. That isn?t inherently bad, but it?s a different experience having acareer server vs. a part-time student server. Always amazing service, always delicious food and drinks! We enjoyed sharing this surprise pancake along with our meals, some... Bloody Mary's, and Mimosas. Chris took amazing care of my 2 friends and I when we came in on Memorial day. It was busy but thatdid not hinder the amazing experience. Wow wow wow!!! So many scrumptious options exist on the menu it is hard to choose. Luckily I was with friends and could sample... all the wonderful things they got in addition to my selections. My favorite was the Lox n Latka Benny and the arugula saladaccompaniment, hit the spot as a perfect addition!!! The oatmeal was perfectly delicious too! Ohhhhh.... And the coffees! Great spot for breakfast in FOCO!! We ordered the breakfast tacos and whoa! So good? scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly and... that sauce made it the perfect bite.
