To be fair I am a Starbucks virgin. I don't understand the lingo and it's hard for me to describe exactly what I want. I went to... this place and a perky young lady named Sarah was eager to help. I described what I wanted :"something cold creamy with a lot ofcaffeine". She thought for a second then said something to her co-worker which was unintelligible but then again like I said Idon't speak the lingo. What was handed to me was the most delicious thing I've ever drank she managed to translate my gibberishinto something that was exactly what I wanted. She was also kind enough to write down what it was I had ordered in Starbuckslanguage so that I could take it to any other Starbucks and get the same thing. On the night of May 10th my family and I went and we had horrible service! It was about 10 minutes before closing we ordered 4... ribbon carmal crunch and a Java chip frap. All drinks did not have taste seems like it was just whipped milk with ice. Aaronwas so rude throwing the straws, drink carrier and receipt. We paid for 5 drinks and only gave us 4 when I told him we weremissing a drink he claimed he didn?t hear us when the drink was on the receipt. I is Starbucks, no need to comment. $5 coffee but we go there for one reason only. you can buy enough groceries for a good... lunch, but for some unkown reason, they convinced us that it is ok to pay $5 for a cup of coffee. They are fast Read more

They look nice to you, but will refuse all the request. My sister didn't want ice in the drink, we told the employee when we... place the order. But they still put ice in the drink and we were told that drink must have ice in it. Terrible service. Read more
The Starbucks inside grocery is hit or miss. Last visit, I got my regular and it tasted like it was from a poorly trained... barista.... I threw it out. Read more
A great little spot to sit and read or study! Even though it's in a grocery store, the seating area is tucked in a quieter area... near the floral department. Lots of seating inside and right outside the cafe. The baristas are very friendly, too, which is aplus! Read more
The team here is always pleasant and kind. Today I decided to go inside by myself to work on some assignments I had for school... and placed a mobile order. I had no rush to get my coffee and liked how peaceful it was inside. Unfortunately there was an oldergentleman who may have not meant any harm but made me feel very uncomfortable. He was asking me personal questions and afterawhile approached me in the corner. I kept trying to end the conversation and he would then restart the conversation with thesame questions. The employees were fantastic and I believe that they were keeping an eye on me. I can't be sure if they were butthey offered him a tea and when he walked away I grabbed my coffee and thanked them... Not many people have bad intentions butas a woman I am an easy target and have to keep my guard up. I am not a very social person in settings where I have tasks tocomplete.
