Went to Starbucks a boy and returned a man. Sassy Barista made it clear to me that my love of raspberry syrup was not only... misguided but deeply flawed. The last 3 times at this location drinks taste horrible or made wrong (which I don't understand when they are regular drinks... with no substitutions). This is the last time for me at this location. This is my local Starbucks and we would make trips frequently to indulge. The past 5 trips spanning between the last month and a... half have been negative experiences. Between frequent messed up orders and a few unfriendly staff in the drive thru, I do notplan on returning. Read more
This Starbucks is my home away from home!! This location puts the other ones to shame. Truly, I can't express how wonderful the... staff is, and how they often put a smile on my face on the toughest of days! Morgan and Emily are superstars and always go aboveand beyond to make sure I'm well taken care of. I feel like we would be friends outside of Starbucks because that is how genuinethey are. I usually get a Venti Iced Chai with a shot or a Venti Caramel Macchiato with cold foam. Whatever I get, its alwaysmade right and in a timely manner. I usually go in to work on stuff on my laptop, but when I need to hit the drive through for aquick coffee they always have my back. 5 mins tops to get through the drive through. The only other drive thru location in town(College and Stover) is a drive-thru nightmare and a minimum of 15-20 minutes to get through the line, especially since COVID. Iwould gladly drive to this location if I lived elsewhere, but it happens to be in my neighborhood which is even better. So gladI discovered this location and has been a regular spot for me.
