I ordered online using the app so my sammies would be ready when I got there. It looked like there was only one employee working... and despite having three people in line she had my sandwiches ready and made every effort to get them bagged up and out to me assoon as she was able. Poor service, rather rude staff, the worst Subway salad I've ever had
Me and my family went into this subway last night and got 5 sandwiches 4 foot longs and a 6 in, both the employees when we... walked in were wearing no gloves making sandwiches for themselves ok no problem, but then once we started looking for what wewanted to get both of the employees were rude they charged us extra for every single thing we wanted in our food ,they said theywere out of every thing when it was sitting right there just plain didn't want to help us at all and we're complaining to myteenagers that they were getting ready for break before we came in, never have I paid 74 dollars for 4 foot longs and a 6 in allcold cuts. The food was good, but I asked for double black olives, she took a small hand full in her little hand, then put half of it back.... The other employee apparently had just started and had to ask for help on just about everything. Subway seems to always have newpeople. In five years in FoCo, I don't believe I have ever seen the same subway employee twice. Read more
This location gave me food poisoning. Want a good sandwich? Don't go here, go to Sprouts. You can get sandwiches at the deli... with whatever you want on them for $5/6.99 and the ingredients are always fresh. Read more
I understand having a long line with a short staff, I am trying to be reasonable, however I've been snapped at twice now by an... employee. Once when I called to ask to order for curbside pickup as the website was giving me trouble, I was told to just usethe website because they were so busy. Another because the website told me it was ready, I idled in my car for over 15 minutes,and went in simply to ask if they were ready, and if they were, if I could just take it off their hands so they don't need towalk to my car. I've worked in the industry, I understand being swamped, but I feel like I did my best to be nice and got stresstaken out on me. Besides, isn't the point of ordering online... To have it ready despite the line? Why am I sitting here waitingfor the lunch rush to end when I could have just been waiting in line? Probably not returning to this store. Edit: I did get anapology and some cookies which I really appreciated, thank you. Still about an hour late on the in-advance pickup with manypeople dropping in prioritized over my pickup. Read more
