When I placed my order the person on the intercom was yelling at the other workers without muting their mic. I had to place my... order 3 times and was asked a 4th when I told them the screen was correct. When I arrived at the window they over charged me $5and did not address my concern if they had the right order. I was not provided a receipt and wasn't even given sauce like Iasked. The worst part is I drove across town because my local taco bell was closed at 8pm at night. Taco bell is really slackingon their service in Fort Collins and it's sad. Read more

Horrible customer service and rude staff! Celeste L (so the receipt says) didn’t say a word to me and just held her hand out... for my payment then slammed the drive through window shut. Then when she handed me my food she shoved it in my hand said a quick“there you go” and shut the window. When I looked in the bag the cinnamon twists were not even in a bag there were justspread out in the bag with the rest of the food ordered! Also Didn’t give me my drink and when I realized I had already droveoff and the line was almost to Starbucks so I just said forget it. Food looked like a 2 year old made it and was cold to top itoff! Went through the drive-thru, ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito....because, you know, sudden rumble-tummy. Product was made... properly, held together well, and yummy. Great cashier, genuine smile, pleasant and professional attitude. Read more

It's basic Taco Bell. Sometimes great, sometimes.. ehh. Too pricey for their product in my opinion though... If I had my choice,... I'd probably pick a different fast food if that's what I'm wanting. Lower prices would equal higher rating with me. Read more

Staff is always super friendly, was super pleased with the amount of food I got. Just sad they didn't have my freeze. Quick... process to get food after ordering however the drive thru has some potholes. Read more

At least this Taco Bell is capable of taking online orders as opposed to the one at Prospect and College. Filling them correctly... is another matter. 5 out of 6 items were correct. I guess that's 5 stars in Taco Bell world. Drive thru requires highclearance vehicles due to what appears to be a recent meteor storm. Read more

Thursday, June 30th at 7:08pm I came to pick up an order and was refused service in the drive thru, due to staff not treating... dashers like other customers and laziness. While I was in the store waiting I watched an employee drop the steamer tray on thefloor and put it back in the steamer before another guy told him to go spray it off with water. (Date and time if managementwants to watch the cameras) My time was wasted costing me money and from what I saw, incompetence, I will never eat here! Nextvisit I took an order here by accident and instead of making the order I see this employee just screwing around on their phone! Absolutely horrible Read more

This place is sad. First of all, the parking lot has more pot holes than the moon has craters. And huge ones at that! Unsafe and... bad for your car. Second, they got the order wrong.Also, asked for hot sauce. Bag had none in it. Went inside to grab some andthe kid standing behind the register was looking at his phone. Didn't look up once to greet or ask if he could help. Not goingback! No wonder this place is empty on a Friday night. Read more
