We waited a decent amount of time in the drive through, which is understandable with most places being understaffed. But when we... got home, 4 items were missing from what we paid for, which was obviously disappointing. It was our first ever visit to TacoJohn's and between the service and taste of the food we did receive, we most likely will not be going again. The guy at thewindow was nice. Read more
Their version of the Burrito Supreme is low on sour cream but otherwise fine. The small drink and the potato Oles were good but... the Pepsi choices were limited and no ice tea available. Very quiet in mid afternoon. Expensive if compared with some other fastfood. Read more
Picked up a to go order. It was a return visit to Taco John's that was 25 years in the making. Service was quick & friendly and... the food was exactly as I remembered from my high school years... A good value and a quick trip down memmory lane. Thislocation was not the same location I visited in Cheyenne from the early 80s. The Ft Collins store was "newer" design and tightlyrun. Nice job! Food itself is pretty good. We had been sitting in the parking lot after ordering since we had more plans after. Took about 10... minutes for the people behind us to get their food from the drive thru, which is alarming as someone who also has experience infast food, especially since we hadn't ordered a lot, and there had been only 3 cars behind them basically the entire time. It'sa good restaurant with good food and staff, I'll give 'em that. People behind us were only handed one drink and one bag though,so it's not like they ordered a lot. People behind them looked to be getting impatient. Read more
